I bought card yesterday and it says we are unable to reedem this code

It's worth double checking the code on the card, be aware they are case sensitive and often have letters and numbers such as "o" and "0" which look shockingly similar. 

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including the code and they will be able to check it out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
