Prepaid credit card problem

I always paid my subsription with prepaid credit cards but now it's not working anymore. It goes with a "paiment failure, try again or try another paiment method..."

I tried with two different cards, didnt work, but i've been able to use those cards for other purchase. Prepaid cards is the only way i wanna use... So, what's next?

Hey @periko1,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
