Price Change Without Any Excuse

I subscribed for spotify for a different price and this month price changed. I did not change my account situation between trial or premium it was always premium. When I was subscribing spotify, it was giving guarentee of "always same prices that you subscribed for" so I thought there was a mistake and I contacted customer support. She told me that spotify can change terms of conditions. Sorry there is nothing to do...

Spotify has kept the same price since their launch in your region, and now they had to increase it in order to guarantee the best service for music fans.

They've done a market study and based on the macroeconomic factors, they decided this is the current value.

I have no problem with price increasement. I subscribed last year and when I subscribed there was a rule spotify will kept your price at the same and only new members will subscribe from a new price. You broke this rule and you said terms and conditions can change even it is a guarentee given by spotify.
