My Question or Issue:

Spotify keeps reverting my privacy settings back to ON even though I have tried SEVERAL times to turn them off. These are the Facebook and data privacy settings. For all of their talk of "having control over your privacy" in their terms and policy, its a load of b*llsh*t. I try changing my settings to OFF but every time I reload the page or log out and log back in, the settings have reverted back to ON. And before this gets passed off as "make sure no one has compromised your account," this is not the case. I have already changed my password and followed those steps, and the change is happening as soon as I reload the page! Absolute b*llsh*t. It should have been an opt-out system as default in the first place.

Hey there @explodinghoneyd

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

Just to confirm, have you tried opening the Privacy settings page in a private/incognito window? If not, give it a try and change the settings, then close and reopen to check if they've been successfully saved.

This step lets you avoid possible trouble with corrupted cache in the browser you're using and it should resolve the issue.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted!
