Prob to log in LIVING in another country

Hi Everybody!!! I’ve a prob and really hope to solve it.

I open the account living in Chile but now I’m living in Argentina and when I want to log in the system indicate me that I can’t use the account more than 14 days in another country. But I’m living in Argentina and want To keep listening Spotify..... what can I do?

Hey, @MiuraMau -

 

If you moved to a new country, you'll need to change your country on your account to use Spotify.

 

You can change your country settings on your account through the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

 

Note: Your country will only show up on the list when you’re actually there and the IP address matches the country.

Hey @MiuraMau,

 

You should always be able to log into the website, even when your country setting doesn't match.

 

If you're still unable to do that though, could you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing (e.g. the error message)?

Hi! The prob is that I can’t log in into my account, if only I can get it I could change my country. 

When I try to log in appears a msg that indicate me that I can’t enter.
