Probleem met spotify status!

Ik betaal op dit moment elke maand voor Spotify Unlimited.

Vanaf nu wil ik overstappen op Spotify Premium.

Toen ik keek bij mijn huidige abbonements status stond er dat ik op dit moment Spotify Free gebruik, terwijl dit niet zo is.

Ook kan ik niet meer de ontvangstbewijzen bekijken. Hoe kan dit? En als ik nu overstap op Premium, betaal ik dan dubbel?
