Problem Redeeming Family Subscription

Hi,

I got a problem : I send an invite to my girlfriend, who lives with me, and she can't upgrade her account because she's not from the same country that I am. Which is really weird ... We are in the same country, same IP address, and she can't upgrade.

Any Idea ?

I don't know why, after a few days it worked ... My GF change to country of her account to the same as mine (we work in an other country), and it didn't work at first.

So the problem solved on its own
