I've been a premium user for a long time and since two months I use spotify family.

Now I'm suddenly a free user!

I've got the receipt that my payment was done.

Can please find the cause of this problem?

I would recommend directly messaging @SpotifyCares on Twitter with the issue or emailing the team so that they can put this issue right!
