Problem about Family Account

Problem about Family Account

One of my family member has created a family account to enjoy the Spotify, all of my brothers have already joined the plan successfully except for me. While I receiving the invited mail from the host member, I entered the link and also filled in the form regarding to our address. Normally, the process would be finished so far. However, there is an error message appeared, the system told me it can not verify the address between me and the host member, but the address is totally identical!

Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
