Problem activating Premium

Everytime I try to sign up for the free 30 day trial and put in my card, it says theres a problem with my card not working. I know that my card works just fine because I have boughten several other things within the last couple of days, and ive tried to upgrade a couple of times. My country is the same country i currently hold my card in. I tried to fix my a new email account and ive updated it via facebook but that isnt pulling in my new email. (as the other one is old and probably no longer active.) Can you help me? I've spent hours putting together playlists for it not to work.

PS I downloaded the app on my phone and it gave me a 7 day trial but didnt actually give me the full 7 days. It cut a couple off.
