Problem after upgrade

Problem after upgrade

When I set up my account originally I allowed my daughter to use it on her phone as I didn't realise only one person could use it. I recently thought it would be helpful to upgrade to a family account so we could both use it. She obviously has all her music on the original account.  I have recently upgraded to family she understandably wants to keep the music she has so doesnt want to set up a new account.  I want to use it but it won't let me change the account on my phone to a new account, any advice?

Hey there, and thanks for posting here on the community!

 

It sounds like your daughter is using your own account, which is the same account you upgraded to Premium for Family.

 

In order for you guys to stream music on different devices at a time, your daughter needs to create her own account. She can do this here

 

Once she's done that, you can add her to the plan by following the steps outlined over here.

 

Lastly, to access your account, simply log in using your Facebook details and then you're all set 🙂
