Problem changing Credit card

Problem changing Credit card

I have been trying to change my Credit card details dor weeks And it directs me to a page that says try again later. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

This happened in April of this year. There were multiple threads of people complaining about it, unfortunately Spotify would not acknowledge the issue and support kept giving people the run around with talk of doing an account "reset". The only resolution provided by Spotify was to use PayPal.

I switched to PayPal for a few months. In June the problem mysteriously fixed itself. At that time I switched back to my credit card.

 

Suprise,  I'm having the issue again now as well.

 

If I remember correctly it was primarily Chase credit card holders.

 

Don't spend too many cycles trying to get answers from support. Switch to PayPal for now if you can. Sucks but this seems to be something they can't get right.
