Problem in Activating Spotify Premium Account from Carrier

Problem in Activating Spotify Premium Account from Carrier

Hi

I've just bought 2 new phones about 10 days ago from Vodafone Australia. They're for me and my wife respectively. Once we were activated the SIM, we received a short message from Vodafone which inform us about the apotify premium account deal. Here's below the sms said

Your mobile now has FREE Spotify Premium access (worth $11.99/mth). Set it up now to get millions of ad-free songs at http://vfau.co/redoffer T&C's apply.

We've just followed the link and register for the deal. After all, when I log in to my spotify account it still logged me in as free account user. While my wife with same deal successfully have their premium account.

I've tried to re-accessed the link from vodafone sms above. But it said that my account have already activated. And I also have tried to directly login to the spotify website. But it also registered me as free user.

Could anyone please define what the problem was? And please let me know the solution to this problem. Thank you in advance.

Regards

Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. There seems to be a delay right now.

Please be patient and try to log out and back in a few times every once in a while to see if it has activated.
