Problem logging in to premium

I have a premium account that i pay monthly and a free account that i had before i got the premium. Spotify kicked me out of my premium account with all my Playlists. And i am able to only log into my free account. What am i supposed to do to solve this problem?. I used Spotify for couple years and never any problems. I don't understand what happened??
