Problem paying for premium via e-va

Hey 😄

I'm from Germany so sorry about my bad English, but i have a problem.

Today i bought a spotify 10€ e-va card at a gasstation, but when i'm entering

the code it says, oops an error occured or something like this. In german it is:

Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuche es noch einmal oder besuche unseren Hilfebereich

I'm sure i typed the code in correctly and i tried it on spotify.com/de/redeem and

spotify.com/redeem. I also tried writing the code in capitals as it is on my bill, but

the same error message keeps occuring.

Please help me

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including the code (which you can do in german if you like - Spotify have German support!) they will be able to investigate this a little further for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
