Problem re-enabling premium service

Problem re-enabling premium service

Hello,
Recently my premium service lapsed due to credit card payments failing (lost credit card). I have updated the credit card details but am having trouble re-enabling my account. I am still travelling and am currently in Indonesia. I log in to spotify using Facebook. When I attempt to re-enable spotify premium it informs me I will have to re-enter my Facebook password. At this point the Facebook page loads and says I am not logged in. I am using iPhone 4S with safari.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

If possible, I suggest you try re enabling it using a computer.

Try logging into facebook on safari then re enabling it.

Alternatively, try installing the chrome browser app for iPhone and re enable it on that.

I try to avoid using desktops while travelling but yes I may try that. As for using chrome on iPhone, Facebook login is not supported.
