Problem recognize new pw

Please Can help me? I Can be able to log in. Spotify sent me a new link by email, i put my username ivanalap ed new password everything seems to be Ok but when i try to log in again i cant...Don't recognize a new password.. I tryied It several times..

Having to reset your password every time you want to log in sounds like a real pain, but we'll do our best to help you out.

Are you using capital letters and special characters to set up the new passwords? Spotify password are case sensitive so don't forget to enter them as you typed them the first place.

Have you tried logging in using a different device to see if the same error pops up? Try it out and let us know what you find.
