Problem signing up for 3-month premium spotify 99 cents

Hello,

I made a spotify account today because i saw the 3-month trial for 99 cents. I paid with a debit card, it went to a page that said i will have a? receipt sent to my e-mail. i never got a receipt sent to my e-mail though. so i try to sign on to spotify on the computer and i still said upgrade so  i went and put my card information in again and now it said that i have already got that offer before and gave me another option for $9.99/Month. I have never used spotify before. i looked for a customer service number for spotify but could not find one. can anyone help me? thanks,

2 people have also had this problem. Is there a customer service number here? or should i use another debit card? anyone know?

Update:

I used a different debit card and it worked. I didn't see any charges to the other card. idk wtf
