Problem to add a member in my plan

Hi, I can't add a member in my familiar plan. It says that the information doesn't match but the information that the new member typed is exactly the same I saved in my account. Two months ago I had the same problem. How can I resolve this problem?

Just send them a private message with your account's email address and the email address of the person you'd like to invite to your plan.
