Problem with 2 Accounts

I am currently living in Spain and had a similar problem with trying to change my country on my account page (from US to Spain). So I decided to try to make a new account without attaching the account to my Facebook and then send myself my existing US account playlists. Well, some how my new Spain account became connected with my Facebook, and then all of the playlists were deleted from the US account, as well as my name on the US account and replaced with numbers. I would like to reconnect myself with the original account (from the US) and retrieve my playlists. Any help would be appreciated!
