Problem with Facebook account

Hi everyone, I've got a question: i registered myself the first time with my Facebook account, and now I've bought the premium account. Now I have a problem: with the login with Facebook I can't follow people or artists... How can I do it? Can I create a new account with the same e mail address linked with Facebook?

Why can't you follow exactly?

Because I can't view the "Follow" button in a profile... And I've also noticed that in the menu of the left there isn't the voice "Profile", but only the voice "Contacs"! (I mean the main menu with search, playlist, inbox, ecc)
P.S.: I use spotify from an iPad or from my android phone

Unfortunately, the follow system has not yet become available to everyone on android or iPad (don't think its implemented on iPad at all yet). Hopefully it will do sometime in the near future.

If I log into my premium account with Spotify I get a picture of a friend instead of my picture,then if I look at the account it is certainly all my details, not his. 

 If I log in using Face book I get my picture and name but only the free version.. What is going on?  Yesterday I  reinstalled Spotify but the problems remain the same. I have also cleared cookies, browsing history and restarted my computer (mac)

@sarastudd - Sounds like your Spotify account is tied to your friends Facebook. In the desktop client go to Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook then reconnect with your own if you like.

Be aware once you do this it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to appear on your account.

Thanks for trying to help,but  there is only the option to connect to facebook not to disconnect. When I connect it makes no difference. I have been into facebook and deleted the Spotify app, then tried to sign in with face book again, that makes no difference either!  I am stuck!
