Problem with Log-in on second phone device

I have a Premium account, but when I try to log in to my account on a second android phone device I am told that an account already exists with this log-in detail.

I should be able to have up to 3 devices on my account.

Please can someone help to give direction on how to sign up the second phone device to my main account.

Many thanks for your post in the Spotify Community!

I'm sure I'll be able to get this login trouble sorted with you 🙂 Just to note, the 3 devices rule is for Offline Mode only. You should still be able to login with the account n as many devices as you like.

Regarding the login trouble, have you tried accessing using the 'Log in with Facebook' button? How does that help? 

If you continue to have trouble, reach out to our contact form and let us know the 8 digit case #. We'll then get this over to our guys to take a look.
