Problem with Premium family

Problem with Premium family

Yestarday I paid for the "Family Premium" ( a mail confirmed the amount payment) and today I log in and spotify is saying that I'm using " spotify free" at the moment

 

whats going on with this?!

 

Please advice

Please check the following troubleshooting options: 

If you still experiencing troubles, please reach us out again, I`m sure we`ll figure things out!

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
