Problem with Spotify Family

Hi!
I've had Spotify Family for 6 members since Septemer and everything was fine. But in new year, memeberships just reset (only I have Premium now) , and when I try to add my family, it doesn't work! Address is fine but it say that Spotify didn't manage to proof that we live in the same address.
What happen?
