Problem with Username

Problem with Username

I have a Premium account (Mrdingi) and when I try to reset my password, I get the following message:

"The username you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."

I am attaching a screenshot showing my paid Spotify username.

Hey @user-removed,

you can also reset your password with your email address. Have you tried this?

Thnx for your response. I tried it but my username comes up different in my Spotify account. Also, it shows me as being on free Spotify while I am on premium on my device which I havent logged out of yet.

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

No receipt sent to email just an SMS from my bank!

Please contact the support and send them also a screenshot of the sms you received.
