Problem with artist name in Distro Kid

Hi! 

I currently have a Spotify Artist Profile under my name "Matias Lerici"
Under this profile I used to have my first record uploaded using Spinnup as the aggregator.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to switch to Distro Kid so I cancelled my Spinnup subscription and put my record down.

However I kept my Artist Profile.

Today I was trying to upload my record again, this time using Distro Kid. I was at the upload page and when I typed my artist name, Distro Kid found me in Apple Music but when it came to Spotify I got this message:

You'll be the first artist named "Matias Lerici" in Spotify. Woo hoo!

Already in Spotify but not shown here? Make sure you've typed your artist name into DistroKid exactly how it is in Spotify.

I typed everything correctly and yet Distro Kid couldn't "find me".

How can I fix this so I don't create a new artist page with the same name?

Can you access directly to your artist profile on spotify for artists?
