Problem with downloading

Hello I can't download spotify from App Store. After pressing the download button it won't download. The icon freezes while downloading. Any idea of solving this?

Can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event?
Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?
Is this happening on 3G/4G or WiFi?
