Problem with email address

Hello!

I have a big problem with my account: I usually use Facebook to login, but the email address linked to my profile is an old one that I can't access anymore... Therefore I wanted to change it to my current one, but 1) It says it's taken (because that one is linked to my Facebook account so is technically already used) and 2) I can use another one but I can't remember my password in order to change it... And because I can't access the old email address there is no way to change it either! Please help, can I in any way contact Spotify for them to rectify this, or is there maybe a loophole? Thanks a lot 🙂

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
