Problem with family account, one a account stops the other?

Hi!

I'm the administrator of my familys account but my parents have run into some trouble. They Have two separate accounts but when one of them starts a song on their cellphone, the other ones stops. I have checked and they are registered as two different accounts and so there shouldn't be a problem. Also i have checked and they are logged in as their own account on their personal phone.

 

Anyone have a solution to this?

Hi @univcommunista, welcome to the community!

 

There seems to be a misunderstanding here since the Family Premium accounts are completey independent from the other. 

 

Please send this link for each of them and see if they are really logging in different accounts:

They can also check their accounts through their cellphones going to Your Library (bottom right) and then tapping on their profile photos (upper left corner).
