Problem with gift e-card.

So 2 days ago i bought my spotify premium with paysafecard and it was all ok i used this site: 

https://www.spotify.com/pl/purchase/ecards/

 

to send the code from my one email to another and it was all ok i had to write the premium code in and then i got premuim.

 

Today i was going to buy premium code the same way but give the code itself to my friend but once i have done my payment with psc

it didnt show the code and it didnt send the receipt to either of emails, it automatically brought me to the succes site

(You have successfully updated your subscription and you have not been charged. Any changes will be reflected on your next billing date.) like i would have written the code in on my account even though i didn't.

On my subscription page it says that my account is premium till 2016-01-13 (so the month i paid for today didnt go to my account)

and paysafecard is empty.

 

I can see that it might not be showing this another month because "Any changes will be reflected on your next billing date" but I've got to ask is it possible for me to get the premium code and cancel the bonus month that might or might not be added to my account?

Spotify just sent me replacement code so we got our solution

 

If u ever again spot this problem contact spotify trough this site https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/

or just get paypal refund.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I bought a gift card for a friend an hour ago and neither of us got the email with the code, just the confirmation from paypal. I got to the same success site but my account  didnt go premium either. I've just left a message to support center but I don't know what else to do.

Yea i got pretty scared for a moment but now that i know i'm not alone i feel a little bit better

Spotify pls send help (T^T)

Jarp. Same here. Wanted to buy Giftcards for work xmas party. This message pops up:

"You have successfully updated your subscription and you have not been charged. Any changes will be reflected on your next billing date."

CC/Paypal charged. Nothing happens. No eMail (like normally) and according to the message my account should have been uploaded. nope, didn't happen.

I've been trying to reach out to them for hours now but nothing happens 😕
The worst part is that other stupid questions like " if that album is going to be on spotify" are anwsered by moderators but important ones like "money gone nothing happens" are left without any response 😞

I have the same problem

Same happened to me. I've opened a ticket on Spotify yesterday evening and I'm still waiting for a response. It worked for a whole year and suddenly it doesn't. What a shame!

8 ppl have the same problem but not even one moderator said anything.
I've got email from spotify where the person who was supposed to help me told me that i've got to send them a screenshot from my bank account (which i don't have) even tho i said that payment was done with paysafecard 😕 since then no anwser from spotify so i don't know are they working till noon or am i just being ignored with my problem :c

i will wait until friday and then open a dispute on paypal. easy going. but i still think that there will be an email with the gift cards till then 😉

Same problem here. Happened to me two times in a row

Yesterday I opened a dispute on paypal and today I got the refund. Now I don't know if I can trust the ecard gift system and buy another one...

I wish i could do that but i don't even have that option 😕
