Problem with google home mini incentive

Hi,

I have a family plan and I have subscribe to the google home mini incentive,

I've receive an email says that my google home mini is ready to be shipped but when I click on the mail to proceed to the shipping i'm redirected to the family subscription plan. 

Can someone have the same problem ?

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for contact us here!

About your issue, I need remember you that this Spotify + Home Mini is only available on UK and you need have the main family account, being the "Primary Holder".

If knowing that you are an eligible user for that offer and even that are having trouble, I suggest that you contact the Customer Team to solve your issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Just to confirm, have you tried these steps:

  1. Log in to Spotify.
  2. Head here.
  3. Select color of the device and click 'Buy'

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend giving it another try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
