Problem with my Personal Playlist

Hello Guys is just Connected my Account to Facebook... well it was connected befor already but i Deactivated my Facebook for a While....

My Ex Girlfriend and I were together on the Picture of my Personal Weekly Playlist and well i can't change it somehow again... 

even tried that thing with Disconnect from Facebook and Reconnect wait 24hrs... nothing happend... does anyone of you guys know where the Problem can be ?? why could'nt I just Update the Playlist Cover....

i just dont want to see i am kissing her anymore "LoL" xD
