Problem with my account

Hi,

I logged in with my Facebook-account. Because off that, I don't know my username nor my password. I would like to go from premium to family but I don't know my username of password. If I press "forget my password' they don't even send me an email. Not even between my spam. What do I have to do know? In urgent need of an answer. Thank you

Hi! try logging in here https://www.spotify.com/us/ with your FB acc. Then, there you'll be able to see your username at the account overview 🙂
