Problem with premium gift card subscription

Hello, I have a problem related with the exchange of a premium gift card (as the title suggests). I entered a 12 month subscription code a couple of days ago, but it seems it didn't affect anything as I'm still showed the "your account has expired" message. I thank you beforehand for the solution you might provide.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with Spotfiy, we dont want that. As suggested by @ryanmedia please contact Spotfiy support. If you are going to use the support form, please reply to their "no-reply" email to get a faster response.
