My Question or Issue
I have a premium student subscription and the last renew didn't go through because i now have a new credit card, and the last one (to wich my account was linked) is empty.
So i receved the notice of failed payment and i procedeed to put the new payment information in to the account.
But as i did that i was charged 9.99 without the student discount and i had to ask again for it.
There where no signs of changes in the type of subscription while i was putting the new informations, so i don't understand why i was charged the full price.
