Problem with research profile

Hi guys, I cannot see anymore my profile when I try to research and I have the same problem for the other profiles.

I've got Premium.  So what can I do?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. 

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running? Please attach a screenshot of it. If you get any error message please include it.

I tried to reinstall the app but I've still got the same problem.

I've got the last version of Spotify, I use  iOS 11.4 for Iphone and iOS 9.3.5
