Problem with the country.

Hello,

 I need help with my spotify. I am in France and when I try to log in it says that the country I am in doesn't match the one on my profil. But it does! On my account it does say that I am in France. What can I do to make it work?

Would you just be able to check where http://whatismyipaddress.com/ thinks you are?

Same pb for me. I am in New Zealand and the country on my profile is NZ. So what do I do? it's not a problem of ip address because it worked really well until yesterday when I got the message..

This may happen if your computer DNS was changed in to some other country ip or you install some new apps that did the same thing. You can try to reset your DNS to normal. Hope this help 🙂
