Problema accesso account

Buongiorno a tutti,

ieri sera ho riavviato il telefono e all'accesso su Spotify mi chiedeva account e password. Ho fatto l'accesso con Facebook ma entrando mi sono ritrovata account vuoto come fosse al primo accesso e senza l'account premium. Ho provato a fare un reimposta password ma niente.. e ora mi dice che non ho neanche il collegamento a facebook. Qualcuno mi sa dire cosa e successo?!

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. First, make sure that you're logged in on the right account, you might be logging in on another one that's empty and is on the Free service. We suggest that you check out this help article for further help. 

Also, try to find a receipt for a Spotify payment in your inbox. The right username is usually stated there, and you can use that to log in.
