Problema con PS4

Cuando inicio spotify en PS4 comienza con el logo e inmediatamente queda la pantalla gris, sin embargo puedo reproducir canciones desde el menú rápido, pero no del principal, ya que la pantalla esta pegada.

Puedo controlar la música y reproducción de esta desde el celular sin problema.

El problema es la pantalla que queda sin acción.

(Intenté instalar e des instalar spotify dentro de ps4 reiniciarlo etc, y vuelve a ocurrir)
