Problema con cuenta premium no pedida

hola, no pedí la cuenta premium pero he recibido un cargo en mi paypal pero al entrar en spotify aparezco como cuenta free. No solo me cobran si no que encima no me dan nada a cambio. Por favor anulen el cargo de forma inmediata o activen la cuenta premium hoy mismo. gracias

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that sorted out for you. Feel free to write in spanish, as far as my memory serves Spotify have a spanish support team 🙂 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
