Problema con factura

Hice una compra de 4 tarjetas Spotify de 100 pesos mexicanos cada una, lo que pasa es que necesito una factura de mi compra. El lugar donde hice la compra es OXXO, que al parecer solamente es un tercero en el proceso de venta y distribución de las tarjetas, y me dijeron que no podían ellos darme factura de las tarjetas. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
