Hello. I'm from Chile, I have a problem with paying my premium account. In trying to pay it gives me error card and asks me to pay another. I already tried with two credit cards. Both accept international payments. I also tried another account (my girlfriend) and does not work.
Would someone please help me?
No proxy work, and I have Google Chrome.
I tried on multiple computers too.
Before I worked well. But this month I could not pay.

When trying to update as a family or as an individual I get the following error.

Oops, looks like your card or payment provider are having a bad day. Do not worry, it is not loaded payment. Try again or use another payment method.




Hola. Yo soy de Chile, Tengo un problema con el pago de mi cuenta premium. Al tratar de pagar me da error de tarjeta y me pide que pague con otra. Ya probé con dos tarjetas de credito. Ambas aceptan pagos internacionales. También probé con otra cuenta (de mi novia) y tampoco funciona.
¿Alguien por favor me puede ayudar?
No trabajo con proxy, y tengo Google Chrome.
Probé en varios equipos también.
Antes me funcionaba bien. Pero este mes no pude pagar.

Al tratar de actualizar como familia o como individual me sale el siguiente error.

Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago.
