No se si tengo 2 cuantas por que ase como un mes me robaron mi telefono y me lo remplazaron y tube que bajar de Nuevo mi app de spotify y ahora el 11/29/13 se cobra rob 2 veces que ago para saber si en 2 cuantas esta mi número de tarjeta

Since this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Feel free to write to them in whichever language you feel most confortable in - they are a much more multi-lingual bunch!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
