Problemas para cambiar datos de pago

Hola

Necesito cambiar el modo de pagar y cuando ingreso los datos de la tarjeta me pide que ingrese un número válido. La tarjeta es aceptada por ustedes. Probé ingresarla ya unas diez veces, en distintos navegadores y no funciona. Me pueden ayudar por favor? Gracias

About your issue, first of all, could you contact your card operator to check if your card is able to shop online and if it accepts purchases that requires recurring payments monthly. 

After check it with them, if everything is alright, try to subscribe to Premium again using a browser on incognito mode.

Como menciona @hezorg, puedes probar con una ventana privada (modo incognito).

De igual modo, prueba utilizando un dispositivo diferente (otra computadora, tablet, etc.)
