Problems changing country

Hello,

I'm having some issues with my account country.

I'm from Brazil and my wife pays the spotify family for my account. I traveled to Ireland and I received a message that I could only use spotify (free) for 14 days when abroad. I thought that was werid and changed my country to Ireland to see if that would work. Now I discovered that she forgot to pay for spotify, (but she paid again 1 day later) and I can't change my country back to Brazil to be part of the family pack again. The only option that shows now in my profile is Ireland.

Is there a way to reverse this?

Hey @guztaluz,

You'll have to wait until you're back in Brazil, there you'll be able to update your account's country setting to Brazil.
