Problems changing to Vodafone Package

Hi there.
I recently got a new phone contract which includes Spotify Premium being covered by my provider (Vodadone).
I already have Spotify Premium, and Vodafone advised that this would not be an issue, that if I connect my account it will cover the monthly subscription.
I have followed the instructions to leave my current Premium Package (which I have now done) but I still cannot seem to connect Vodafone's package.
It says my current monthly subscription will terminate on the 3rd March - do I have to wait until then to try and link Vodafone's cover?
Any help would be hugely appreciated!!
