Problems logging in

Problems logging in

Suddenly i was logged out of my account, and now my password has been changed. I cant log in now, and i have tried to enter my email adress when im trying to reset my password, but i do not recieve an email with the instructions to reset my password. I have tried 10 times now. My account is premium and i want to cancel it but i cant because someone has changed my password. Please help me, so i dont have to pay for someone else to hear music!!!
