Problems renewing my payments automatically

The last 4-5 months Spotify has not been able to renew my subscription automatically, which means that I EVERY month receive emails where I am told that Spotify is not able to renew my payment and I am asked to check my payment details. I have had the same spotify account AND the same bank account and payment details since 2007. My bank account balance has never been below the 99 NOK I am supposed to be charged, so honestly - what is the problem??! I am getting sick and tired of having to re-enter the same payment details every month now - nothing has changed, expect your ability to charge me. Do I have to switch to Tidal or something????

It sounds like there may actually be an issue with your bank accepting the automatic payments. Have you tried any other payment methods?
