I am a premium subscriber and for some reason my Spotify signed me out randomly. So I tried signing back in with my Facebook and the only thing that comes up is a page saying that I have my Spotify authorized with Facevook but nothing is happening. So I try signing in with my username and password and it says that's it's incorrect, so I try to reset my password but it says that the email I am giving them is not an active account. So I try to Sign Up and then when I enter my email, it says that there is already an account using that email. I don't know what to do to sign back into my Spotify. Please help.

I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you restore the access to your account.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
