Problems signing up for student premium

I was trying to sign up for a student premium and i attempted to sign up over my phone and then on a computer 5 times. I entered my creadit card every time and it would just go back to the authentication screen as a student. This even happened after I confirmed it manually... i dont want to be charged twice... and i really wish that they had a phone number... 

It needs to say something about the creadit card number not being charged... and also link the error to a specific help area.
